Concordia University - California in partnership with American Sport Education Program (ASEP) proudly announces the Principles of Coaching and Leadership course for teachers, coaches, and athletic administrators.

The four unit class incorporates ASEP certification with additional content designed to develop and enrich strong leadership skills in athletics. This is the introductory course into Concordia’s Master of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration degree program. However, students are welcome to enroll in individual classes in the program.

In this totally online environment, you will expand your skills and knowledge of athletics and coaching. Core topics include:

Coaching Philosophy
Ethics in Sport
Sport Psychology
Communication Skills
Legal issues pertaining to sport
Personal growth and development
Effective teaching and administration
Problem solving in today’s athletics

Course tuition cost is $1,440.00 and payable to Concordia University (four semester units of graduate credit).
