Welcome Decatur Family YMCA coaches! The Decatur Family YMCA is partnering with the American Sport Education Program to provide training for its volunteer coaches using ASEP's Volunteer Coaches Education Program.
Over 300 coaches and assistant coaches will gain practical knowledge in support of the YMCA Youth Super Sports program's Seven Pillars: Everyone Plays; Safety First; Fair Play; Positive Competition; Family Involvement; Sport for All; Sport for Fun; and the youth will benefit from more consistent coaching and mentoring. The Decatur Family YMCA will offer training in soccer and basketball training through the ASEP program.
