You may retake any course test that you have failed by following these instructions:
If you took a classroom course test online, you may purchase the retest online as well. Please click the Continue My Courses button to the left, sign in, and find your course record. Choose the Order Retest link.
If you took a classroom course test by sending in your printed form, you'll need to take the retest in the print format as well. If you failed the test, you will have been mailed a retest form. If you have questions, please contact ASEP Services at 800-747-5698.
For Level One courses (including the Coaching Youth series courses), you may retake the test as many times as you like without paying an additional fee. Click the Continue My Courses button on the left navigation bar, sign in, and find your course record. Choose the Retake Test link.
For Professional Level courses, it is necessary to pay a retest fee. Click the Continue My Courses button to the left, sign in, and find your course record. Choose the Order Retest link.
