As you see from
your book, you have six major responsibilities as a coach, and they're all of similar importance. Many beginning
coaches have difficult first seasons because they have a rough time dealing with all these various responsibilities.
For example, a person might have a great deal of knowledge about the rules of baseball but run into problems when
communicating with players and parents. Every coach faces unique challenges. Click on the audio
button under each coach's picture to check in with our fellow coaches and see what challenges they've faced.
