Thank you for being an ASEP Coaching Principles or Sport First Aid instructor. We very much appreciate the work you are doing in preparing tomorrow’s coaches to be effective teachers and leaders and to be up to the ever-increasing challenges that coaches face.
From this page, you have access to online tools that allow you to completely administer your classes. Review the steps below prior to beginning your class.
Step One: Register yourself on the ASEP Web site. During the registration process, you’ll be asked to provide an e-mail address and 9-digit identification number. Be sure to use the e-mail address and identification number found in your ASEP instructor agreement when you register. Also, you’ll see demographics-related questions regarding sports coached, levels coached, etc. You can ignore these questions as they pertain specifically to coaches (they are not required fields for site registration).
Step Two: Generate student ID Numbers. You’ll assign a number to each of your students to include on their test forms.
Step Three: Submit Course Report Form. At the completion of your course, you’ll send us your class roster (electronically), complete with student names and ID numbers.
Step Four: Generate Verification Report. When your students’ tests have been processed and graded, you’re able to run reports for the classes you’ve taught.
