ASEP Certified Instructors: After you’ve conducted a Coaching Principles or Sport First Aid clinic, you’re required to submit a Course Report Form (CRF) to the ASEP Services Department within 48 hours after your course. The CRF lists the coaches who attended your course with their corresponding ID numbers (that you assigned at the clinic).
Higher Education Instructors: After your class roster is finalized for your Coaching Principles or Sport First Aid course, you are required to submit a Course Report Form (CRF) to the ASEP Services Department. The CRF lists the students who are enrolled in your course with their corresponding ID numbers (that you assigned).
The quickest and easiest way for you to submit your CRF is to do it online. From this page, you can complete and submit CRFs electronically to ensure your coaches’ or students’ tests are processed as quickly as possible.
