An important message for users of web browsers Chrome and Firefox.

Recently, internet browsers Chrome and Firefox have released updates to their systems, which in some cases have caused security alerts to appear when accessing select pages on our website. The alerts appear when selecting the “sign in” and “create an account” links.

We apologize for this inconvenience. We assure you that our shopping cart is fully secure, as indicated by the green padlock icon that appears to the left of the cart’s web address. We take the security of your data very seriously, and it’s our highest priority to ensure your information is protected.

What’s the remedy?

While we diligently work to resolve the issue, if you do encounter the alert, there a few simple steps you can take to proceed and complete your transaction.

If using Chrome: To navigate past the alert, click the “Advanced” tab and the site URL text link on the next screen to proceed to the site and continue with your transaction.

If using Firefox: To navigate past the alert, click the “Advanced” tab, click the “Add Exception” tab on the next screen, and click on the “Confirm Security Exception” tab to proceed to the site and continue with your transaction.

In both cases, you will no longer encounter the alert on subsequent visits, unless you clear your “cookies.”

If you would prefer to place your order with a customer service representative, please phone (800) 747-5698 or email Again, we apologize for this inconvenience.
