To access your online course:
- Enter the email address you used when you purchased your online course.
- For the password, copy and paste the temporary password that was provided in your "access your digital products" email into the "password" field. If you were not provided a temporary password, it means you already have an account in our system. Use the password you used to create your account when signing in. After you've accessed your course, you'll be able to change your password by clicking the "edit profile" link at the top of the page.
- Click the "sign in" button.
- The online course(s) you have access to will appear on the next screen under "incomplete courses." Click the text link to launch the course.
- On subsequent visits to the site, enter your email address and password under "sign in here if you have previously registered" to access your course.
To access your online course with a key code:
If you purchased your online course from a third party (such as a college bookstore) or in a bundled course package, you received a printed letter in your course packet containing a key code. Or, you may have been assigned a key code (by email) by your administrator. The key code is a unique activation code that "unlocks" your course. After you enter your key code, you can discard it; you won't need it again.
- If you already have an account on the site, enter your email address and password under "sign in here if you have previously registered."
- If this is your first visit to the site, click the "register" button found under "New users please register." You'll be asked to complete a short site-registration form. During the registration process, you'll have an ID number assigned to you.
- After you've signed in/created your account, you will be asked to enter your key code. The online course(s) you have access to will appear on the next screen under "incomplete courses." Click the text link to launch the course.
- On subsequent visits to the site, enter your email address and password under "sign in here if you have previously registered" to access your course.
